Getting paid through Catertoo
OptionalRun your events, proposals, and menus with or without payments. Connect Stripe whenever you are ready to collect deposits and invoices in-app - or never. When you do collect through Catertoo, you pay Stripe's standard card rate (2.9% + 30¢) at cost - we never mark it up - plus a small Catertoo platform fee that shrinks as you grow.
On a $12,000 event payment, Catertoo's fee is capped at $20 on Free - and $0 on Premium. Card processing is the same as anywhere; we just pass it through at cost.
On a $100 payment collected on the Free plan, here's where it goes:

Clients pay on Stripe's hosted checkout - card details never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and adds fraud protection like 3D Secure.
